The majority of Internet browsers accept cookies automatically. However, with simple clicking, you can change the settings of your browser if you do not wish this. More detailed information on cookies can be found at www.allaboutcookies.org.
b) Why are cookies used by us?
- guarantee a secure Internet environment
- check our website performance and improve the user-friendliness as well as the online experience for our customers
The types of cookies named following are used by us to be better able to judge the way our online services are used by our customers and to configure our services in a better way. As a result, we can recognize, for example, when a process is too complex and the users discontinue the process for this reason. With this knowledge, the process steps can be simplified and configured in a more customer-orientated manner.
c) Which types of cookie exist?
|Type of cookie||Intended purpose|
|Session Cookies||Are deleted after the browser has been closed. Serve to capture the navigation as well as the dwell time on the Internet pages and to keep your login active during the session.|
|Tracking Codes||Do not contain any personal data. d) Legal basis
e) Deletion of cookies
We provide some online features to you which should make your visit to our Internet pages as comfortable as possible. These only function with the support of cookies, however. You can delete the cookies inserted for our Internet pages. In this case however, your individual data and contents, including your cookie settings, will be lost and you will not be recognized as a returning visitor when you next view our Internet pages. Please observe here, however, that, for an unhindered navigation on our Internet pages, several ‟basicˮ cookies are indispensable. In addition, these cookies are only used by us to check the efficiency of the Internet pages and to capture the visitor frequency.
Google Analytics with anonymization function
We use Google Analytics on our site, a web analysis service of the company Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, in the following called ‟Google”. Google Analytics uses so-called ‟cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer and thus enable an analysis of the use of the website by you.
The information generated by these cookies, for example, time, place and frequency of your visit to the website including your IP address, are transferred to Google in the USA and stored there.
On our website, we use Google Analytics with the addition "_gat._anonymizeIp". In this case, your IP address is already abbreviated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area and thus becomes anonymous.
Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our site, to compile reports for us on the activities on the website and to provide other services connected to the use of the website and the Internet. Google will also possibly transfer this information to third parties should this be legally prescribed or should third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
By its own account, Google will definitely not form a connection between your IP address and other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of the cookies by means of a corresponding setting of your browser software; but we would like to point out, however, that in this case, you may possibly not be able to make use of all the functions of our website to their full extent.
If you visit our site via a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), you have to click this link instead to disable tracking by Google Analytics within this website in future. This is also possible as an alternative to the above browser add-on. By clicking the link, an opt-out cookie will be placed in your browser which is only valid for this browser and this domain. Should you delete the cookies in this browser, then the opt-out cookie will also be deleted, so that you have to click the link once again.
Should you have given consent for your web and app browser history to be linked to your Google account by Google and information from your Google account to be used to personalize advertisements, Google will use your data together with data from Google Analytics to create target group lists for cross-device remarketing. For this, your Google-authenticated ID on our website will initially be recorded by Google Analytics which is linked to your Google account (i.e. personal data). Subsequently, your ID will be temporarily linked by Google Analytics to your Google Analytics data to optimize our target groups.
Should you not agree to this, then you can turn this off by means of corresponding settings in the area of ‟My account” of your Google account.
Integration of services and contents of third parties
It may be that, within this online service, contents of third parties, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics, for example, are integrated from other Internet pages.
This always assumes that the providers of these contents (in the following called ‟third party providersˮ) detect the IP address of the users. For, without the IP address, the third party providers could not send the contents to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore necessary for the presentation of these contents.
Our Internet pages use the Google Maps API to present geographic information visually. When using Google Maps, also data on the use of the Maps functions by visitors to the Internet pages is recorded, processed and used by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). More detailed information on the processing of data by Google can be taken from the Data Protection Policies from Google which you can access at http://www.google.com/intl/en_en/help/terms_maps.html.

Please contact us at any time if you would like information on which personal data is stored by us or should you wish to have this corrected or deleted. In addition, you have the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), the right to object to the processing (Article 21 GDPR) as well as the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR).
